There is no limit. You can add unlimited number of users to your organization and teams. And it’s free.

Yes, and you can switch easily from one to another. You can do it from the account menu by selecting another organization. Simple, and that’s how we like it. Different organizations’ plans remain separate.

Of course! We think it’s essential that you can share plans with your customers and partners and plan together.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. You can have as many members in your team as you need and create limitless amount of events. You can even create your budget as detailed as you like. Cloqqa remains free of charge.

The application and its security solutions are designed to ensure that using the application is secure. Guarding our users’ privacy is something we take very seriously. We work hard to protect your information from unauthorized access. We store your file data using 256-bit AES encryption and use an SSL/TLS secure tunnel to transfer files between you and us.

Just remember, that technology can do a lot to ensure the safety of your information, but it’s equally important that you take measures also. Use a strong password that you don’t use for any other service. Keep your softwares of your devices up to date.

There are four simple permission levels:

  1. AdminAn administrator manages organization’s payment information, teams, users and organization. (The administrator can add themselves to any team. If an administrator wants to leave an organization, they must give administrator’s rights to another user and then remove themselves from the organization. If they are the only administrator in an organization and they remove themselves, the whole organization and its information will also be deleted.)
  2. ManagerA manager can manage teams he is part of and their users. (Manager sees all members of the team but not the members’ details. Manager can’t add themselves to other teams.)
  3. EditorAn editor can create, edit, and delete events in their own teams.
  4. ViewerA viewer can inspect their own teams’ events.

Currently Cloqqa is only in English, but in the near future application will be at least in Finnish and Swedish.

The name of the organization as well as the information that users has given of themselves (such as email address) are recognizable. All other information is unrecognizable and we’re not able to see any company-specific information whatsoever. On general level, for example, we can see how much organizations spend on their marketing and what kind of tags users have given to their events. However, we cannot see how much money a specific company spends nor what tags it uses.
